Why we built Sponja

Every webinar ends the same way: the host downloads an attendee list and sends the exact same email to everyone. The person who asked three questions and stayed until the end gets the same message as the person who joined for two minutes and never came back. It feels wrong because it is wrong.

We knew from our own experience running events that the signal was all there: who attended, how long they stayed, what questions they asked, which polls they answered. The engagement data that platforms like Zoom collect is rich enough to tell you exactly who is ready to buy and who needs more time. What was missing was a tool that used that data to write the right message for each person.

That is what Sponja does. It reads the room after the event is over: scores each attendee by buyer intent, segments them automatically, and drafts a personalized follow-up email for every single one. No spreadsheets, no manual tagging, no copy-paste. The goal is simple: your most engaged attendees should hear from you first, and they should feel like you were paying attention.
